How do you Enter?

Upload your video! To enter you need a 3 min entry video, as well as your contact information. The video is carte blanche in terms of style, but we do ask that it is clear and concise. Entries open June 1st and close on the 1st August.

 

Is there a fee to enter?

No. 

 

Can I submit in multiple categories

Absolutely. You can even have multiple entries in the same category. However each entry needs to be significantly different for each category. 

 

How are Finalists chosen?

We will firstly remove any invalid videos that are over three minutes long, before making them available to be viewed by the FF News audience in a two week subscriber vote. Erroneous voting will be removed, and the five entries in each category with the highest scores will make it to the finals. Finalists will be announced on the 1st September.

 

How are Winners chosen?

We have five judges in each category. They will each, individually, be screened the entries of the five finalists, and rank them in order. The winner will be who is ranked the highest. In the event of a draw an additional judge would be brought until a winner is finalized. Winners will be announced at the FF Awards show on the 25th November 2025. 

 

How can I be a Judge?

We are open to suggestions for judges, however we do have strict criteria i.e. No solution vendors (you should enter!) 

 

How are you “Auditable”? 

All our judges sessions are recorded for reference. These videos will be made available to independent auditors if required.    

 

I’ve entered how can I be a sponsor?

You can’t sponsor if you have entered. 

 

Can I edit my entry after it has been submitted?

Yes, although there is no formal process around this, so please contact us and we will take action. 

 

How do I buy tickets directly for the FF Awards 2025?

FF Awards is not selling tickets directly. However our Ticket Sponsor Alliance has a select number of tickets  they can sell.  

 

How do I get more tickets?

Every finalist, judge and sponsor is given a select amount of complimentary passes. In addition, one of our sponsors, Alliance will be reselling a small number tickets, so please reach out them them directly.

 

I don’t have a video, can I submit a paper entry

No. But reach out!

Where is the event?

The event will be held in London at Old Billingsgate on the 25th November.

 

How much does it cost to win? What if I buy a table?

No.
