FF Awards 2025

Enter by 15th September 2025
We have assembled frankly some of the greatest living minds to make up the FF Awards 2025 advisory board who will guide in various areas including which categories should be included and what should be assessed:
i.e. We want your video entry to address, firstly what you see as the problem in that category AND how you go about solving it:
What is the biggest problem in Consumer Banking? How do you solve it?
“The biggest problem is achieving a single view- currently too many customer touch points have the different information. We solve this by ensuring real-time data synchronization across all customer channels, so that every interaction—no matter where it happens—is informed by the most up-to-date and accurate customer information, automatically and seamlessly.”
For 2025 there are just 15 categories:
Consumer Banking
Business Banking
Invisible Security
Real Time Payments
Merchant Payments
Cross-Border Payments
ID Verification & KYC
Artificial Intelligence
Data Insights
Insurtech
Wealth
Embedded Finance
Open Banking
Bank Builder
Partnership
Consumer Banking
For this, our judges are looking for the solution that has had the biggest impact, both directly interacting with a consumer, or indirectly (via employees, back off etc)

Business banking
Traditionally retail consumers have all the bells and whistles, with slick front end interfaces and the newest products. Businesses have had the practical side of the stick, with little to no updates and uninspiring interfaces. Business banking needs have not been understood. In reality they need to make larger, more frequent payments, with everything tracked for their accounts. They need to manage cash flows, even across multiple departments, and in multiple currencies. Clearly easy. Banks have offered improved security at the expense of experience. Tony Stark asks “Is it too much to ask for both?” How have businesses been enabled by banking? What is out there that will tip someone over the edge into entrepreneurship? What would make someone want to do business banking?
